The meeting prompted an Inaugural Day grassroots push in honor of the theme, "A New Birth of Freedom," to submit 5,000 emails within 24 hours to the Obama administration to ensure the issue of expanding access to out-of-hospital births attended by Certified Professional Midwives gets the attention it deserves.
